• Undergraduate or graduate students with at least 2 years of college/university education.
• Professional interest in international relations, diplomacy, international economic development, or related fields.
• Age between 20-25 at the program's start date.
• Leadership activities are essential; selection is not based on CGPA.
• A letter of recommendation from the Academic Advisor is required.
• Possession of a valid international passport.
• Preference is given to applicants who have not previously visited the United States.
