Jefferson USA National Fellowship 2025 (Fully Funded) is open for International Students. The scholarship allows Fellowship level program(s) in the field of Politics, Public Policy, Foreign Policy, and International Relations taught at US universities.

What is the National Fellowship Program?
The National Fellowship, hosted by the Jefferson Scholars Foundation, empowers doctoral candidates across disciplines such as history, political science, policy studies, law, and sociology. It focuses on dissertation research in areas of United States politics, offering scholars the resources to achieve intellectual and professional growth.

Eligible Nationalities
This scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to Ph.D. candidates planning to complete their dissertations within the Fellowship year or following a detailed two-year plan.
- Applicants from all nationalities are welcome.
- This Fellowship is specifically for dissertation work, not post-doctoral research.
Key Application Requirements
Applicants must submit:
- A project description detailing their dissertation's contribution to existing scholarship.
- A research plan and network proposal.
- A public engagement piece, such as an op-ed or blog post.
- Professional development statement and bibliography.
- Writing sample (up to 40 pages).
- Two letters of recommendation, including one from the advisor.
