Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Promising Scholars Program, applicants must:
- Apply and gain admission to IUP by October 31, 2025.
- Complete the Promising Scholars Application online via the official IUP website: Promising Scholars Application.

Attend one of the interview events:
- Promising Scholars West: November 23, 2025 (IUP Campus).
