University of Sydney Australian Government RTP Scholarships 2024/2025 is open for International Students. The scholarship allows Postgraduate-level program(s) in the field of All Subjects taught at the University of Sydney. The deadline for the scholarship is 17th December 2024.

Benefits of the University of Sydney Australian Government RTP Scholarship:
- Financial Support: The RTP provides an annual stipend of $32,192 (2024 rate) to help cover living expenses for full-time students. Part-time students may also be eligible for a prorated stipend under specific circumstances.
- Tuition Fee Coverage: The RTP Scholarship offsets tuition fees for your HDR program, so you won't have to pay them upfront.
- Overseas Health Insurance: The RTP International Scholarship specifically covers overseas health insurance for international students.

Eligibility Criteria for the University of Sydney Australian Government RTP Scholarship:
- Starting or Continuing Your Studies: This scholarship is open to international students who are either just beginning their postgraduate research program (commencing students) or are already enrolled (enrolled students).
- Academic Excellence and Research Promise: To be eligible, you'll need to demonstrate a strong academic background and a clear potential for success in research. This is often shown by having a history of excellent grades and, especially, publications related to your research field.
- University of Sydney Admission: You must have already received an unconditional acceptance letter (unconditional offer of admission) for a Master's by Research or PhD program at the University of Sydney, or be currently enrolled in one of these programs.
